Special Terms for Professional Lighting Hardware:

• Customized/Cut Products: Any profiles cut to specific lengths are strictly non-refundable.
• Oversized Item Physical Damage: 2-meter profiles must be returned in original reinforced packagi ng. Items showing any signs of bending, scratches, or installation will not be accepted.
• Logistics Rejection/Unserviceable Addresses: If a package is returned due to a refused delivery, incorrect address, or unserviceable RD (Rural) address, the customer is liable for all original/return shipping costs and a 3% restocking fee.
